South Pacific Pictures' shows feature strongly in the nominations list for the 2017 NZTV Awards.
Westside (Three) and 800 Words (Channel 7 & TVNZ1) are both in the running for Best Drama Series, while Josh Frizzell is up for Best Director for his work on The Brokenwood Mysteries. Actresses Antonia Prebble (Westside) and Esther Stephens (Westside) are both in the running for Best Actress for their work on the series.
The winners of the awards listed below will be announced at 2017 New Zealand Television Awards ceremony at SKYCITY Auckland, 30 November.

South Pacific Pictures’ drama series, Westside has been announced as a finalist in C21's International Drama Awards, which are voted for by the world’s leading scripted commissioners and buyers.
Westside, which screens on Mediaworks’ Three Network here in New Zealand, features in the Best Returning Drama series category alongside several prestigious international shows, including Humans, Top of the Lake; China Girl, Broadchurch and Fear of the Walking Dead.
