South Pacific Pictures will add to their slate with a large line-up of unscripted series to produce in 2022, alongside a raft of drama and comedy series. 

The production company has announced it will be making The Dog House NZ and Snackmasters for TVNZ and Sort Your Life Out for Discovery in 2022.

The Dog House NZ  is a heart-warming, uplifting series that aims to find a new home for these disadvantaged dogs. Based on the successful UK series, the show follows the emotional journey as abandoned dogs get the chance to find a new home with a forever family. The series also gives a fascinating insight into the work of a re-homing team as they pursue the ultimate goal to find each dog a new human to love.

Snackmasters is a cooking challenge like no other, as each week, two well-known chefs battle it out to make perfect replicas of one of NZ’s best-loved snacks. With nothing to help them other than limitless supplies of the snack and their taste buds, the show sees them set the task of working out the genius behind these infamous snacks.

Sort Your Life Out for assembles a crack team of experts to help transform the most cluttered homes. The series gets to know the family behind the chaos; ordinary Kiwis whose home is making them miserable and helps them to find solutions that will bring change to their lives. 

All three unscripted shows will begin production in early 2022.
